Young’s Modulus (Modulus of Elasticity) of Aluminum Alloys
Typical Young’s modulus values of various aluminum alloys are listed below. Values are the
average of tension and compression moduli. As a rule of thumb,
compression modulus is ~2% greater than tension modulus.
