FENDER WASHER DIMENSIONS (INCH SERIES)

Fender washers dimensions are shown in the following chart according to ASME B18.21.1-2009 standard. All dimensions are in inches. The chart covers fender washers from #0 to 3 inches nominal size.

Fender washers are intended for use in covering oversized holes or slots or for distributing load over very larger areas of extremely low strength materials.

Some important notes from the ASME B18.21.1:

- Fender washers shall be made of low carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metal, plastic, or other material as specified by the purchaser. The tolerances given by the calculator are intended for metallic washers only.

- The Fender washers are available in one series with multiple outside diameters.
